Job Requirements

  • Ability to lead and train team members

  • Valid driver's license preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
  • Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained
  • Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and crew
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
  • Conduct crew team meetings to discuss operation procedures, safety, and training
  • Maintain inventory and control food cost variance
  • Manage labor costs and assist with scheduling staff
  • Train and develop crew members
  • Assist with interviewing and hiring staff
  • Ensure adherence to cash procedures and handle all cash
  • Maintain building and equipment cleanliness and preventive maintenance
  • Exhibit professionalism and adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
