Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of shift management experience
- experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- ability to lead, recognize, and train talent
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to pass background check and drug screen
- valid driver's license preferred
- positive and cheerful attitude
- reliable and consistent work ethic
- commitment to teamwork and customer service
Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained properly
- maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships with management team and crew
- provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as necessary
- conduct crew team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training
- control inventory and maintain adequate supply of products
- ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
- assist with scheduling and labor cost management
- train and develop crew members
- assist Senior/General Manager with interviewing and hiring
- maintain building and equipment cleanliness and preventive maintenance
- recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
