Job Qualifications
- A genuine desire to provide thoughtful, high-quality food in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- 2+ years of previous culinary experience, including working independently on the line
- Strong knife skills, sauce work, and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to support and train junior team members
- Culinary degree or hotel experience is a plus
- Dependable and able to maintain composure under pressure
Job Duties
- Prepare and present elevated dishes with consistency and confidence
- Support and train junior culinary colleagues as needed
- Maintain high food quality and kitchen organization during busy service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in inventory control and kitchen stocking
- Collaborate with culinary team to meet operational goals
- Manage time effectively to meet scheduled service hours
