Job Requirements
- Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Works a typical schedule of 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM with flexibility based on business needs
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- A genuine desire to provide thoughtful, high-quality food in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- 2+ years of previous culinary experience including working independently on the line
- Strong knife skills, sauce work, and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to support and train junior team members
- Culinary degree or hotel experience is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain composure under pressure

- Prepare and present elevated dishes with consistency and confidence
- Support and train junior culinary colleagues
