Job Requirements

Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Works a typical schedule of 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM with flexibility based on business needs
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

A genuine desire to provide thoughtful, high-quality food in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
2+ years of previous culinary experience including working independently on the line
Strong knife skills, sauce work, and knowledge of cooking techniques
Ability to support and train junior team members
Culinary degree or hotel experience is a plus
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain composure under pressure
