  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • State Food Handlers card required or ability to obtain one
  • Must be able to work mornings starting at 5 a.m.

Job Duties

  • Maintain and set up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasoning and other food items
  • Ensure proper food preparation, plating and presentation standards are met
  • Follow and maintain safety standards and food regulations
  • Maintain sanitation and upkeep a safe work and food prep environment
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and consistent meal output
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
  • Adhere to hygiene and cleanliness protocols at all times
