Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a hot line cook
- ability to read kitchen tickets and communicate effectively with servers
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work Monday through Friday 6am to 2pm
- physical capability to perform cleaning and kitchen duties
- valid Servsafe or Allergen Certificate preferred

Job Duties
- Set up continental breakfast
- cook hot breakfast option
- cook the hot line during lunch
- perform weekly deep clean
- change fryer oil
- clean up station and take care of leftover food
- put away food order
- ensure food quality and timely delivery
- comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
