Job Requirements
- Must be available to work from 6AM-2PM Saturday and Sunday
- familiarity and fluency in kitchen terminology
- excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, procedures, and equipment
- accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- familiar with industry best practices
- willingness to pursue ServSafe certification is a plus
- proven cooking experience including experience as a line chef or prep cook
- willingness to learn the Eggs Up Grill menus, recipes and processes to create food to make guests smile

Job Duties
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- prepare food for service
- cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- clean up station and kitchen
- stock inventory appropriately
- ensure that food comes out at high quality and in a timely fashion
- comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- complete temperature logs and checklists for daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks
- participate in all roles in the kitchen as required, including as dishwasher when needed
