Job Requirements
- Food handler’s permit required
- prior experience as a server in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- professional appearance and positive attitude
- ability and willingness to work a varied and flexible schedule including weekends, days, nights, and holidays
- must tolerate prolonged periods of standing, walking
- occasional kneeling, bending, and stooping
- must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds as needed to carry trays of food
- must tolerate exposure to cleaning solutions

Job Duties
- Prepare all breakfast items for buffet according to predetermined recipes
- greet guests promptly, warmly, and courteously
- restock and clean condiment areas, empty trash and recycling as needed
- bus and clear tables in dining area
- keep equipment operating by following instructions and maintaining supplies
- assist with inventory counts and ordering as requested by management
- ensure all food handling, safety, and sanitization protocols are followed at all times
