Job Requirements
- Must pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- must be able to perform major life activities including standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
- must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- must be able to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, and reaching
- must have sight and hearing abilities
- must be able to speak and read English
- must maintain a friendly professional image
- flexible availability including 24/7, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage position helpful
- knowledge of menu items and beverage choices
- understanding of brand operational standards
- familiarity with area shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions
- knowledge of daily hotel operations and events
- service minded with friendly professional behavior
- ability to suggest and serve quality food and beverage items
- effective communication skills
- ability to solve guest issues professionally

Job Duties
- Offer prompt and courteous service to guests
- maintain cleanliness and guest ready appearance of outlet
- prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies
- close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies
- maintain safety and security practices including emergency procedures
- ensure guests receive highest quality product and service
- complete brand standard documentation as required
- perform other duties as assigned within capability
