Job Requirements
- Must pass company security clearance
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds
- Must be able to stand for eight hours
- Ability to bend, stretch, and reach
- Ability to see and hear effectively
- Must speak and read English, other language skills helpful
- Must display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food and beverage service helpful
- Knowledge of menu items and beverage choices
- Familiarity with hotel operations and events
- Service minded with friendly professional behavior
- Ability to multi-task and maintain guest service focus
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Offer prompt and courteous service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and guest-ready appearance of the outlet
- Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere
- Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day or shift
- Maintain safety and security practices and follow emergency procedures
- Ensure guests receive highest quality product and service
- Complete brand standard documentation as required
- Perform other duties as assigned that are within capability
