Job Duties
- Set up breakfast room as described by housekeeping supervisor and management
- Provide prompt and professional service during meal functions
- Provide service by helping guests if they ask
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation at all times
- Inform supervisor of any problems and/or guest complaints
- Assist other employees when needed
- Be neat, well groomed, and in proper uniform
- Adhere to all company policies as well as brand standards
- Set up and break down dinner tables, reception tables, and buffet tables after function
- Stock the breakfast room as needed
- Put all food away after breakfast in correct packaging and areas
- Clean all the tables
- Sweep and mop the floor
- Wash and put away all the dishes
- Move the coffee bar and all items needed to the lobby and fully stock it
- Every week prepare an inventory list of breakfast items
- Every week receive and put away the breakfast items when they are delivered
- Be trained in housekeeping as you will be given guest room duties
- Take and complete a course to receive a food service handling card
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Adhere to all company policies & procedures & brand standards
