Job Requirements
- Exhibits strong customer service skills including multi-tasking
- must be able to begin work by 5:30am
- be outgoing and engaging with our guests to ensure a great breakfast experience
- open to cross-training and assisting in other departments as necessary
- must be capable of high-quality food cooking and preparation for each morning breakfast
- approved food handlers certificate required

Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
- prepare and cook breakfast foods on a daily basis, following all Marriott required standards
- maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area
- setting up and breaking down breakfast area, including proper storage or disposal of any left-over items from breakfast
- keep all food items stocked, organized, and maintained during breakfast
- maintain organization and food safety standards of all food storage areas
- promptly, effectively, and empathetically assist with guest requests
- be very knowledgeable of Marriott Rewards program and promotions
- develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, and amenities of the hotel
- be knowledgeable of the local area, including shopping, entertainment, and dining
- complete any other related task given by manager
