Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally with assistance
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, taste, and smell as required during shifts
- Willingness to follow established uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive demeanor under pressure

Job Duties
- Assist all guests in a sincere and courteous manner and be visible during service hours
- Prepare and set up breakfast according to brand standards and in compliance with health department regulations
- Attend to guest needs, ensuring food is continually replenished and presented appealingly
- Check food appearance, temperature, and portions before serving and consistently ensure quality standards
- Clear and clean tables and chairs during and after service hours
- Bus and maintain front lobby area
- Maintain clean and well-organized dining and work areas, including disinfecting food preparation zones
- Operate and maintain dispensing machines, equipment, and serving utensils in a neat manner
- Organize storage areas using first in first out food rotation method
- Maintain and clean refrigerators and work areas per hotel standards
- Plan and prepare inventory supplies for the following day
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local area to assist guests effectively
- Adhere to hotel safety and security procedures
- Communicate promptly to supervisors about significant issues
- Practice energy conservation
- Attend work on time and adhere to attendance policy
- Lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally with assistance following proper procedures
- Wear uniform and nametag at all times
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers including handling guest complaints
- Adhere to all company policies and know emergency procedures
- Complete necessary chemical and blood borne pathogen training
- Be flexible to perform other reasonable duties and redeployment as required
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
- Follow hotel handbook rules and regulations, especially relating to fire, hygiene, health, and safety
