Job Requirements
- No high school diploma required
- One month related hospitality experience and/or training
- Must have developed language skills to read and comprehend instructions, safety rules, and memos
- Must be able to speak clearly and confidently
- Requires mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure
- Must have developed reasoning skills to follow instructions and solve problems professionally
- Must be able to travel to and from function sites
- Must have valid NH driver's license and favorable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test, background check and driver record check
- Ability to walk, sit and stand for significant periods
- Ability to reach, handle, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, stoop, talk, hear, see and smell
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with frequent lifting/carrying of up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work in outside environmental conditions such as wind, rain, cold, snow, extreme heat
- Ability to work in inside environmental conditions protected from weather
- Ability to tolerate temperature changes and noise exposure
- Recommended to wear non-slip shoes
Job Qualifications
- One month related hospitality experience and/or training
- Developed language skills to read and comprehend instructions, safety rules, and memos
- Ability to speak clearly, distinctly and with confidence using appropriate pauses, emphasis, and punctuation
- Mathematical skills sufficient to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
- Developed reasoning skills to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to professionally deal with problems in standardized situations
- Valid NH driver's license and favorable driving record to operate company vehicle
Job Duties
- Maintain standards of food, beverage and guest service quality
- Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor tables and anticipate guests' needs, including refilling drinks and checking in during meals
- Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart
- Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Communicate immediately to the manager of any kitchen delays or service issues
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
- Participate in ongoing education and training
- Attend team/department meetings
- Other duties as assigned
