Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months related experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
- willingness to work mornings and weekends
- ability to follow directions and work collaboratively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months related experience in hospitality or service industry preferred

- ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- knowledge of sanitation safety and alcohol beverage control policies

Job Duties
- Supervise daily food outlet operations to ensure the successful execution of all standards and completion of daily tasks and assignments
- lead and motivate the morning service team ensuring consistent and exceptional guest experiences
- greet customers with a smile and pleasant demeanor
- ensure that all personnel and systems function efficiently so that guests' expectations are surpassed
- assist in the onboarding and training of team members
- promote excellent guest service and handle guest concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- ensure that outlets are sanitized cleaned stocked and set up correctly at the start of and throughout the shift while adhering to sanitation safety and alcohol beverage control policies
