Job Duties
- Prepare and plate elevated breakfast dishes with consistency and care
- bake and create house-made items such as cookies, crostini, and small bites
- assist with afternoon culinary amenities
- support breakfast service alongside the breakfast attendant
- keep the kitchen spotless, organized, and aligned with health and safety standards
- manage inventory, unpack deliveries, and track kitchen supplies
- collaborate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to support special requests
- help maintain the warm, gracious atmosphere Milliken Creek is known for
