Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of line cook experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work standing for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under supervision and receive training
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Bread knowledge and breakfast experience preferred
  • 2 years of previous line experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Ability to work single station in the kitchen
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to restaurant recipes and standards
  • Operate single kitchen station efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team and supervisors
  • Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation
  • Participate in training sessions and skill development
