Job Requirements
- Prior cooking experience
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Ability to work morning shifts between 5:00 am and 2:00 pm
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work part-time averaging 26-28 hours per week
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Commitment to wearing uniform and name badge
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Prior cooking experience
- Knowledge of food preparation health and safety guidelines
- Ability to multi-task and exceed guest expectations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use hands, arms, and fingers efficiently
- Work to precise measurements
- Ability to visualize finished product appearance
- Use arithmetic skills to measure and inspect products
Job Duties
- Take orders from customers and cook food requiring short preparation time according to customer requirements
- Complete orders from steam table and serve customers at table or counter
- Clean food preparation equipment and work area to maintain high sanitation standards
- Clean counters or tables
- Ensure that all food items are properly handled and stored at the conclusion of the shift
- Properly rotate inventory
- Work with manager to create specials and other menu variations
- Support and adhere to core values, mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy
- Always be in uniform including wearing a name identification badge while working on the property
