Job Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or cooking
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications
- Friendly, service-oriented, and dependable
- prior experience in food service, particularly cooking is required
- ability to follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
- able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding hospitality and customer service
- prepare breakfast items for buffet along with a la cart orders
- maintain buffet hot breakfast items
- prepare to order tickets of the a la cart menu along with to-go orders
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- empty trash and maintain kitchen in a clean, organized, and safe condition
- wash dishes
- assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
- respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
- represent MCHG positively in the community
