Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or less of related work experience
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Ability to distinguish colors and maintain good vision with or without correction
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene and adhere to dress code
- Availability to report to work on schedule and on time
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications

- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to do simple addition and subtraction
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- Ability to write identifying information and request supplies

- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety practices
Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- Makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading/unloading, and passing along suggestions
- Answers telephone promptly and provides friendly service
- Works with co-workers as a team for customer satisfaction
- Prepares cooking surfaces and breakfast foods according to recipes
- Places food in hot cases, monitors amounts and refills
- Prepares items for upcoming shifts
- Ensures proper sanitation and cleanliness
- Maintains adherence to hygiene and dress policies
- Reports to work on time
- Knowledgeable of menu items and takes guest orders
- Provides direct customer service when necessary
- Orders products and supplies or notifies department head
- Assists in other store areas as needed
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects
