Job Duties
- Prepare cook and plate hot breakfast items such as eggs bacon sausage pancakes omelets and other menu items
- Set up and stock the breakfast cooking station with all necessary ingredients and equipment
- Ensure food is prepared and served on time and in proper portions appearance and temperature
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment utensils and workstations
- Follow all recipes portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the hotel or brand
- Adhere to all health safety and sanitation guidelines including proper food handling and storage
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to the supervisor or kitchen lead
- Assist with receiving inspecting and properly storing food deliveries
- Support the breakfast attendant or other team members during peak service times
- Clean and close down the kitchen after breakfast service is complete
- Uphold hotel brand standards and guest service expectations
