Job Duties

  • Prepare cook and plate hot breakfast items such as eggs bacon sausage pancakes omelets and other menu items
  • Set up and stock the breakfast cooking station with all necessary ingredients and equipment
  • Ensure food is prepared and served on time and in proper portions appearance and temperature
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment utensils and workstations
  • Follow all recipes portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the hotel or brand
  • Adhere to all health safety and sanitation guidelines including proper food handling and storage
  • Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to the supervisor or kitchen lead
  • Assist with receiving inspecting and properly storing food deliveries
  • Support the breakfast attendant or other team members during peak service times
  • Clean and close down the kitchen after breakfast service is complete
  • Uphold hotel brand standards and guest service expectations
