Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations

- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to read and understand product labels and recipes

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items in a timely manner
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Follow recipes accurately for consistent meal preparation
- Communicate effectively with guests and kitchen staff
- Report to the Executive Chef and collaborate with the culinary team
- Uphold HVMG's Culture of Excellence by delivering excellent guest experiences
