Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a kitchen or culinary environment preferred
  • Ability to follow established recipes and standards
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Capable of operating various kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation, production and service of food for restaurant, banquet and associate functions
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes by following recipes and product specifications
  • Maintain standards of sanitation and adhere to food safety regulations
  • Operate and maintain a variety of kitchen equipment including choppers, mixing machines, slicers, steamers, grills
  • Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management
