Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months or less of related work experience
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- ability to see clearly from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet
- ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- ability to follow sanitation and hygiene guidelines
- punctuality
- willingness to work in varying temperatures and noisy environments
- ability to operate kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out of reach products, loading/unloading items, passing along customer suggestions, enhancing shopping experience
- answers telephone promptly providing helpful service
- works with co-workers as a team
- prepares cooking surfaces
- prepares vegetables, sides, meats and breakfast foods
- places food in hot cases, monitors amounts and refills
- prepares items for upcoming shifts
- ensures understanding of kitchen operations
- practices proper sanitation procedures
- maintains cleanliness and hygiene
- adheres to store policies
- reports to work on time
- knowledgeable of menu items and takes guest orders
