- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift

Job Duties
- Take ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring a memorable guest experience
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, including house-made pastries
- Assist with banquet prep and occasional dinner service preparation
- Set up and break down the breakfast station daily
- Maintain strict standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Properly handle and store food items according to health and safety standards
