Ability to work part-time hours including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

Previous culinary and pastry experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure calmly and professionally
Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and sanitation practices
Comfortable working with standard kitchen equipment (knives, blenders, processors, stoves, griddles, fryers, etc.)
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Take ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring a memorable guest experience
Prepare and serve breakfast items, including house-made pastries
Assist with banquet prep and occasional dinner service preparation
Set up and break down the breakfast station daily
Maintain strict standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
Properly handle and store food items according to health and safety standards
