Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience working as a cook in a high-volume kitchen
- ability to read and prepare recipes accurately
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods
- effective team player with strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and grow in culinary skills
- patient and tactful under pressure
- reliable
- ability to read, write, and speak English

Job Duties
- Prepare breakfast meals using high-quality ingredients
- plate meals to the Gold Standard of presentation
- educate residents and team members about healthy food options
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
