Job Requirements
- Open AM availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work shifts starting at 5:30am on weekdays and 6:30am on weekends
- Ability to lift and carry trays of dishes and food
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Basic understanding of restaurant hygiene and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience within a fast paced restaurant environment
- Friendly and team focused attitude
- Ability to work early morning shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to hospitality values such as integrity, teamwork, and customer focus
Job Duties
- Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations
- Assist food servers with table service, including serving beverages and breads
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Work early AM shifts daily including weekends and holidays
