- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting
- Basic understanding of food safety standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work early morning hours
- Flexibility to complete additional duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Sets up buffet before guests arrive
- Displays food and beverages attractively and in an organized manner
- Cleans buffet area by wiping, sweeping, and mopping
- Prepares coffee and tea according to standards
- Keeps perishables chilled or on ice
- Checks and replenishes food and supplies as needed
- Maintains cleanliness during service
- Disposes of used plates, utensils, napkins, and cups
- Removes and disposes of leftover food after shift
- Cleans buffet area to established standards
- Stocks and stores inventory properly
- Keeps records of foods used
- Orders additional food and supplies
- Greets guests and accommodates special requests
- Provides a professional image
- Responds quickly to guest requests
- Ensures guest satisfaction
- Performs other duties as assigned
