Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible morning shifts
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking

Job Duties
- Set up the buffet before guests arrive
- Display food and beverages in an organized and attractive manner
- Clean area around buffet by wiping, sweeping and/or mopping
- Prepare coffee and/or tea by established standards
- Keep juices and perishables chilled or on ice
- Frequently check for low food supply and replenish as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of buffet area throughout the morning
- Properly dispose of used plates, utensils, napkins and cups
- Remove and dispose of leftover food at end of breakfast shift
- Clean buffet area according to established standards
- Ensure inventory is stocked and stored for next day
- Keep records of foods used and consumed
- Order additional food and supplies as needed
- Greet guests and accommodate special requests
- Provide professional image through appearance and dress
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
