Job Duties
- Sweep and mop floor
- empty trash
- clean equipment
- comply with local and state health codes
- assist management in breakfast area setup and event themes
- explain and complete breakfast forms
- forecast food and beverage needs
- minimize food preparation waste
- inventory and order breakfast items
- read minimum and maximum par labels
- assist with receiving and storage
- report shortages, broken equipment, and problems to management
- organize refrigeration and storage
- assist in other areas as needed
- adhere to all training requirements
