  • explain and complete breakfast forms

  • minimize food preparation waste
  • inventory and order breakfast items
  • read minimum and maximum par labels
  • assist with receiving and storage
  • report shortages, broken equipment, and problems to management
  • organize refrigeration and storage
  • assist in other areas as needed
  • adhere to all training requirements
