Job Requirements
- High school education
- 1-year hospitality or food service experience preferred
- Complete food service training as required
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Commitment to following health and safety guidelines
- Maintain professional appearance
- Availability during breakfast hours

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding guest service during breakfast hours
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet including hot food items
- Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of the breakfast area throughout service
- Follow all health and safety procedures including glove use and food temperature monitoring
- Clean breakfast area and kitchen daily ensuring sanitation standards
- Conduct inventory and restock items as needed
- Demonstrate professional appearance and communication
- Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
