Job Duties
- Replenish buffet items such as juice, milk, coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt, pastries, and condiments as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, counters, and service areas
- monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation according to hotel standards
- greet and assist guests courteously, responding to requests promptly
- inform kitchen staff of replenishment needs and coordinate with them as required
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- assist with closing duties, including cleaning equipment and storing leftover items properly
