Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Open availability for early morning shifts
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week, typically 3 to 4 days
- Start work between 5am and 7am and end by 12pm
- Good physical stamina for standing and moving during shifts
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in food and public areas
- Reliable transportation to Westminster, Colorado location
Job Qualifications
- Prior cooking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to conduct inventory and calculate order levels
- Warm and friendly manner when interacting with guests
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations and breakfast service is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and serve hot breakfast meals
- Maintain and clean the food line and food prep areas
- Provide exceptional, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Ensure that food safety standards are strictly followed
- Manage inventory and order food supplies as needed
- Clean the public restaurant area at the end of service
- Create a warm, comfortable, and relaxing breakfast environment
