Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their breakfast needs
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items, beverages, and condiments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service hours
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food items
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes to maintain a tidy dining environment
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain inventory of breakfast supplies and report any shortages to management
