Job Requirements
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to work a varied schedule that may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have basic English verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to obtain food handlers certification as required
- Physical ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Be proficient in general computer knowledge
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Previous food and beverage experience
- Ability to obtain food handlers certification

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner
- Ensuring that bar, food, and service areas are stocked, organized, clean and neat and all side work is complete during each shift
- Prepare breakfast items and restock as needed during service hours
- Communicate with all departments regarding in-house VIPs and any special requests/needs
- Support all areas of the beverage and food service as necessary
- Share knowledge of the hotel, its amenities and menu options
- Perform other duties as assigned
