Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- TIPS or Responsible Vendor certification if alcohol is served
- Familiarity with employee handbook and safety policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or associates degree in hospitality or hotel management
- Knowledge of MS Windows and inventory or point of sale software preferred
- Service minded and professional behavior
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional in appearance and presentation
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the breakfast area and provide prompt courteous service
- Set up daily breakfast items and ensure they are well stocked
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of breakfast and lobby areas
- Interact with guests to enhance their breakfast experience
- Monitor and manage food inventory and place orders within budget
- Clean and maintain all breakfast equipment and dining areas after service
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards while wearing proper attire
