Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Preferably 6 months experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to work entire shift on feet at a quick pace
- Flexibility to work any shift including weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Emotionally competent
- Background screening clearance
- Ability to score 80% or higher on hotel reservations system test after training
- Willingness to wear hotel uniform according to standards
- Ability to maintain cleanliness according to health codes
- Physical stamina to work standing during entire shift
Job Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Preferably 6 months experience in any field where exceeding customers' expectations were met
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work entire shift on feet at a quick pace
- Flexible to work any shift including weekends
- Emotionally competent and able to manage disruptive emotions and impulses
- Positive attitude and energy to serve guests
- Ability to anticipate guests' needs
- Embraces and respects diversity and multicultural environment
- Background screening for previous criminal history
- Ability to score at least 80% on test on hotel's reservations system after training
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with data entry and database management systems
- Ability to speak in guests' preferred language
Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the lobby breakfast bar and provide fast courteous service
- Set up the Hot "On the House" breakfast each morning following hotel franchise breakfast guidelines
- Consistently interact with guests to provide a superior breakfast experience
- Communicate guest feedback to hotel management
- Maintain food service quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean work environment meeting County Health Codes and Hotel Quality assurance requirements
- Perform other tasks as necessary or requested
