Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum of six months work-related experience in food and beverage, waitstaff, or banquet service preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- previous experience in hospitality preferred
- previous experience as server or waitstaff preferred
Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- interact with guests and answer questions pertaining to their dining experience
- become familiar with hotel services, hours of operation, and nearby attractions
- set up and maintain the hot "On the House" breakfast and breakfast bar each morning following franchise guidelines
- collapse breakfast bar and dining area after service, replenish and restock items for the next day
- maintain cleanliness of work area to meet health codes and hotel quality standards
- monitor and replenish breakfast bar to ensure variety and appeal
- comply with food sanitation and safety regulations
- perform additional tasks as needed to exceed guest satisfaction
