Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and address their needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to prepare and handle food safely, a food handler’s permit may be required

Job Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items
- Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Greet guests warmly and address their questions or needs
- Assist with special requests such as dietary restrictions
- Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations
- Restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments
- Monitor inventory and report low supplies to management
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Follow hotel policies and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
