Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job

  • must have basic English verbal communication skills
  • must have the ability to obtain food handlers certification as required
  • physical ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a hotel or a related field

Job Duties

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner
  • ensuring that bar, food, and service areas are stocked, organized, clean and neat and all side work is complete during each shift
  • prepare breakfast items and restock as needed during service hours
  • communicate with all departments regarding in-house VIPs and any special requests/needs
  • support all areas of the beverage and food service as necessary
  • share knowledge of the hotel, its amenities and menu options
  • perform other duties as assigned
