Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job

- must have the ability to obtain food handlers certification as required

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner
- ensuring that bar, food, and service areas are stocked, organized, clean and neat and all side work is complete during each shift
- prepare breakfast items and restock as needed during service hours
- communicate with all departments regarding in-house VIPs and any special requests/needs
- support all areas of the beverage and food service as necessary
- share knowledge of the hotel, its amenities and menu options
- perform other duties as assigned
