Job Requirements
- Standing and walking for long periods of time
- Repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing and pulling
- Reaching above, at and below shoulder level
- Lifting and carrying unassisted up to 30 lbs of bulk goods
- Exposure to cleaning agents
- Must be aware of the importance of safety and security
- Endeavor to be conscious of safety and security at all times
- Friendly and courteous to guests and fellow team members at all times
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience desirable
- English speaking or bilingual
- Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments

Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Set up breakfast area
- Prepare breakfast according to operational policies and DKN Hotels standards
- Attend to guests needs to ensure food and beverages are continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner
- Inventory food items and report on supplies to be ordered
- Control inventory for loss, waste and spoilage
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and breakfast bar area to DKN Hotels standards and all health codes at all times
- Report any missing or found articles or equipment or property damage to the housekeeping supervisor
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel
- Deliver DKN's Home Away From Home experience
- Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
