Job Duties
- Greet and serve hotel guests in the breakfast area with a positive and upbeat personality
- Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain breakfast buffet service including setup and replenishment of hot food items
- Keep breakfast area clean, stocked, and sanitary throughout service hours
- Follow all federal, state, and local health and safety guidelines including proper food handling and sanitation
- Complete required training in security, alcohol, health, and safety procedures
- Conduct inventory management and restocking according to property guidelines
