Job Requirements
- high school education or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to work long hours if needed
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- capability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach
- ability to work under variable temperature and noise conditions
- near vision to see details at close range
- ability to stand for long periods
- clear verbal communication in English
Job Qualifications
- high school education or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- capable of multi tasking in a busy environment
- knowledge of food safety standards is an advantage
- experience in hospitality or food service is beneficial
Job Duties
- arrive early to prepare and set up the breakfast buffet
- maintain the buffet and restaurant area by restocking and cleaning as needed
- assist guests by pouring coffee and answering questions
- clear and buss tables ensuring a clean dining environment
- perform closing cleaning duties including floors and buffet polishing
- maintain cleanliness and stock in storage and supply areas
- adhere to safety and security policies and promptly report issues
