Job Qualifications
- high-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum of six months work-related experience preferred in food and beverage, waitstaff/server, or banquet roles
- excellent customer service skills
- previous hospitality industry experience preferred
- previous experience as server or waitstaff preferred
Job Duties
- consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- interact with guests and answer questions pertaining to their dining experience
- set up and maintain the hot 'On the House' breakfast and breakfast bar daily following franchise guidelines
- collapse breakfast bar and replenish items to prepare for the next day
- maintain cleanliness of work area meeting health codes and quality assurance requirements
- monitor and replenish breakfast bar to ensure variety and appeal
- comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- perform other tasks to meet or exceed guest satisfaction
