Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three months of bakery or food production experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
- ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to stand, walk, climb, push, pull, and lift for extended periods
- ability to distinguish colors for food safety
- ability to follow complex oral and written instructions
- willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to work cooperatively with co-workers
- adherence to company safety policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensuring finished product is prepared and inspected properly for movement through wrapping and shipping departments
- placing trays with product into racks or baskets and tagging orders correctly
- visually checking product for correct pattern, color, size, shape, damage, codes, and labels
- discarding non-conforming product and assisting with changeovers
- stacking empty trays neatly on pallet infeed conveyors and maintaining unstacker machines
- performing cleanup duties during shutdown/downtime and following safety protocols
- filling in for other positions and assisting with production overflow
- maintaining clean and organized work area
- notifying supervision of irregularities or safety hazards
- following company core values of caring, commitment, and integrity
