Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- culinary degree or certificate preferred
- prior experience working in a bakery or food service environment is preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- maintain an unexpired and valid ServSafe Food Handlers License or certification
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations
- willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and separate a variety of dough onto trays according to forecast and quality standards to meet production goals
- receive and organize delivery items and maintain inventory count of all perishable items delivered to store
- clean baking trays or utensils used at the end of each shift
- assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- stock and replenish bakery products as needed
- follow food safety guidelines and regulations
- communicate with team members and supervisors about production status and issues
