Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fine dining or full-service restaurant environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Comparable experience in a fine dining or similar full-service environment
  • Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
  • Communication skills including the ability to work in a team, assist with guests' concerns, and follow verbal instructions provided in English

Job Duties

  • Maintain a working environment that complies with health and safety guidelines
  • Be attentive-proactively anticipate the needs of coworkers and guests
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest
  • Control the flow of bread in and out of the kitchen
  • Maintain clear communication between the kitchen and front of house team
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu including dish names and modifications
  • Serve food to guests in a timely and accurate manner
