Job Duties
- Assist Baker in weighing, measuring, mixing, baking following Sara&rsquor
- s Market & Bakery recipe
- Assist Baker in ensuring temperatures inside building are optimal for proofing and baking dough
- Assist Baker in making supply and ingredient orders
- Ensure quality and freshness of product and communicate any issues to Store Leadership
- Inform Baker of any issues of the pita line not working properly
- Follow and comply with all applicable procedures and regulations, including Weights and Measures, FDA, health and sanitation, Department of Labor, ADA, HAACP, OSHA and safe work practices
- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Leadership may assign other duties, not listed here
