Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Maintains food handler’s card or obtains one by first date of work
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability and readiness to stand for eight-hour shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Reliable transportation
  • 1+ years of professional baking experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Produce high-quality artisan breads and savory pastries
  • Maintain efficiency and adhere to Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements
  • Work cooperatively within a production team environment
  • Stand for entire shifts and manage physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Continually improve baking skills through training and practice
  • Follow established recipes and baking procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the production area
