Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some relevant experience or ability to gain skills through training
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Basic math and reading proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to safe food handling practices

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends, some holidays, and occasional Tuesdays and Sundays

Job Duties

  • Operate bakery machinery including mixers and proof machines
  • Learn and perform mixing, baking, and table work processes
  • Ensure product quality including weights and appearance
  • Follow safe and sanitary food handling procedures
  • Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
  • Load bread onto pans, trays, and racks for baking
  • Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines
