Job Duties
- Operate bakery machinery including mixers and proof machines
- Learn and perform mixing, baking, and table work processes
- Ensure product quality including weights and appearance
- Follow safe and sanitary food handling procedures
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Load bread onto pans, trays, and racks for baking
- Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines
